How it works

Clarity, transparency and simplicity are at the heart of how we work. Our process is designed to give you confidence at every stage.

Here’s what to expect:

1. Enquiry
   Complete our simple enquiry form to tell us about your project.

   Initial Quote
   We’ll provide you with an estimate and determine the level of interest

   Design
   If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll take measurements, prepare samples, and develop the design. We’ll refine this together until you’re completely satisfied. A deposit is taken at this stage, which is deducted from the final cost.

   Manufacturing
   Once final measurements and the designs are approved, we’ll take a 50% payment to order materials and begin making your furniture.
   We’ll keep you updated with photos and videos of the progress.

   Delivery & Installation
   As your project nears completion, we’ll arrange an installation date.

   Final Payment
   Once it is delivered and installed we’ll send the final invoice for payment.

   
   All furniture comes with a guarantee, and any defects are covered for a minimum of six months.
