Nice Lines was created by Dan Roper in 2023 to deliver building works and project management services.

Nice Lines comes from the idea of inspiration from our surroundings. Taking a moment to appreciate what’s in front of us, whether that is an exquisite piece of furniture, a beautifully finished extension or nature.

With extensive experience across both commercial and residential construction. Over the years, I’ve successfully led the development of over 80,450 ft² of built space, with a combined project value of £35.2 million.

I've had the privilege of working alongside award-winning architects on standout projects across hospitality, workspace, and high-end residential sectors.

Our approach is thorough and transparent, ensuring clients are well-informed at every stage of the project. Combining a sharp eye for detail and a drive for flawless execution. With a focus on projects of quality design and skilled workmanship, the business strives to find the perfect, balance of form and function.

For me, the best part of the job is seeing it all come together—when the dust sheets come off, the cleaners come in, and the finished space is finally revealed. That moment makes every step of the journey worthwhile.
